OKD Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At OKD, each piece is hand & heart made with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 


 

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

  • Sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Dm’s or WhatsApp. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank/provider).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please ensure returns are packaged securely; we are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact the OKD Customer Service team member who confirmed your order via WhatsApp or through DM’s with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or credit within 7 business days.



Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items (unless defective).
